Kenneth J. Haggstrom was born in Roieres-en-haye, France where his father was stationed during his service in the U.S. military. By the age of 9 years old his family had moved to various locations in Europe and the United States including Germany, California and Virginia settling in the Austin, Texas area. At the age of 23 Kenneth, along with his wife and two small children, visited a small but thriving Pentecostal church in Georgetown, Texas pastored by Rev. Henry S. Davis, and later by Rev. Robert Condrey. The experience that followed changed their life completely as they were all filled with the Holy Ghost and baptized in the only saving name of Jesus Christ (Acts 2:38). While in service for the Lord in that same church, God began to deal with Bro. Haggstrom's heart to fulfill his call to the ministry and to preach the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ.
In December 2001, Rev. Haggstrom and his family began having services in the city of Florence, Texas with the vision of reaching a growing community with the gospel of Jesus Christ and planting a Church in this rural area near the Williamson, Bell, and Burnet county lines.
